How It Works
Our online mediation service is easy to use. Here are the steps:
Start the Mediation
Click the “Book Now” button to schedule a consultation.
Mediation Prep
Prior to the mediation, parties will submit briefs and related documents to be reviewed by NOEM mediators.
Mediation Day
Parties will receive a link to join the videoconference 24 hours in advance of the scheduled mediation.
ā
The online mediation will start with all participants, including parties, attorneys (if present) and our co-mediators in separate breakout rooms. The mediators will then work with each party to explore all options and come to an effective and efficient resolution.
